Commercial Electronic Message Disclosure Text
Within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“PDPN”), Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, and other relevant legislative provisions, we, Siltaş Yapı İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (“the Company”), wish to inform you and obtain your consent regarding the sending of commercial electronic messages.
A commercial electronic message refers to messages containing data, voice, or images sent for commercial purposes via electronic communication tools such as telephone, short message (SMS), electronic mail (e-mail), WhatsApp, call centers, automatic dialing systems, voice messaging systems, and similar means. In accordance with legislative provisions, commercial electronic messages may be sent based on the prior consent of the relevant person. This consent can be obtained in written or electronic form. Relevant persons have the right to refuse to receive commercial electronic messages without stating any reason and without paying any fee. In this context, you may withdraw your consent at any time and stop receiving commercial electronic messages by using the refusal mechanisms included in the messages sent to you.
If you give this consent, you acknowledge that you have been duly informed, have read and understood the text, and consent to the processing of your identity, communication, and marketing data by Siltaş Yapı İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi for the purposes of conducting promotional, advertising, marketing, campaign, advantage, discount, and promotion activities related to products and services; carrying out customer satisfaction surveys and research; providing information about events, invitations, organizations, and similar activities; sharing current developments; and transmitting congratulatory messages, announcements, newsletters, and similar content, and to be contacted using your current communication information.
In this context, we inform you that commercial electronic messages may be sent to you via SMS, e-mail, telephone calls, automatic dialing systems, mobile application notifications, instant notifications, social media platforms, online advertising networks, and other electronic communication channels, and that you may withdraw your consent at any time.
We also inform you that the consent you have given for sending commercial electronic messages covers being informed about the products and services offered by Siltaş Yapı İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, the execution of advertising and marketing activities, and being notified of campaigns and advantages; and that your consent information and refusal preferences will be stored on the Message Management System (İYS) in accordance with the relevant legislation.
